The access and/or use of this HUMAN APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. (HAI) portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use herein reflected. The mentioned Conditions will be of application independently of the General Conditions of Contracting that in his case turn out to be of obligatory fulfillment.

www.humanaitech.com provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to HUMAN APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. (HAI) or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes the responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access to certain services or contents. In such registration the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which he/she will be responsible, undertaking to use it diligently and confidentially. The USER undertakes to make an appropriate use of the contents and services that HUMAN APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. (HAI), its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread in the network computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may be susceptible to cause the aforementioned damages; (iv) try to access and, if necessary, use the e-mail accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages. HUMAN APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. (HAI) reserves the right to remove all those comments and contributions that violate the respect to the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that attempt against youth or childhood, order or public safety or that, in its opinion, are not appropriate for their publication. In any case, HUMAN APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. (HAI) shall not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. (HAI) itself or as assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as of the elements contained therein (including but not limited to images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; brands or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. (HAI) or its licensors. All rights reserved. By virtue of the provisions of articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including its modality of making available, of all or part of the contents of this web page, for commercial purposes, in any support and by any technical means, without the authorization of APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. (HAI), are expressly forbidden. The USER undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. (HAI). SERVICE PROVIDERS RELATED TO THE WEBSITE.
APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. has subcontracted the service of hosting and storage of data on external dedicated servers with the company 1&1 IONOS Inc., which performs backups of the content hosted on their servers, but neither one nor the other are responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, they do not guarantee the total replacement of the data deleted by the Users, since the said data could have been deleted and/or modified during the period elapsed since the last backup.
IP ADDRESSES
The website servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All this information is recorded in a duly registered server activity file that allows the subsequent processing of the data in order to obtain measurements only statistics that allow to know the number of page impressions, the number of visits made to web services, the order of visits, the point of access, etc.
EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. (HAI) is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any nature that may cause, but not limited to: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having taken all the necessary technological measures to prevent it.
MODIFICATIONS
APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. (HAI) reserves the right to carry out without prior notice the modifications it considers appropriate in its portal, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through the same and the way in which they are presented or located in its portal.

In the event that www.humanaitech.com contains links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. (HAI) shall not exercise any type of control over said sites and contents. In no case shall APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. (HAI) assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to an external website, nor guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, comprehensiveness, truthfulness, validity and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of said hyperlinks or other Internet sites. Likewise, the inclusion of these external connections does not imply any type of association, merger, or participation with the connected entities.
RIGHT OF EXCLUSION
APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. (HAI) reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or at the request of a third party, to those users who do not comply with these General Conditions of Use.
GENERAL
APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. (HAI) will pursue the breach of the present conditions, as well as any undue use of its portal exercising all the civil and penal actions that may correspond to it by law.
MODIFICATION OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS AND DURATION
APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. (HAI) may modify at any time the conditions determined here, being duly published as they appear here. The validity of the mentioned conditions will depend on their exposure, and they will be in force until they are modified by others duly published.
SECURITY
The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all to prevent unauthorized access to data. To achieve these purposes, the user/customer accepts that the provider obtains data for the purposes of the corresponding authentication of access controls.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between APPLICATIONS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. (HAI) and the USER shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force and any controversy shall be submitted to the corresponding Courts and Tribunals.
