Human AI based on widely accepted scientifically validated models for personality and soft skills

OCEAN Universal Model

Big 5 / OCEAN model for personality (McRae & John 1992), which is the most widely scientifically accepted model. OCEAN model characterises personality based on 5 main dimensions: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism. Each of these main traits is further characterised in 6 facets each (personality is characterised by 30 facets). For instance, Agreeableness dimension is split in: Altruism, Cooperation, Modesty, Uncompromising, Sympathy and Trust.

Socio-Emotional

OCDE SEL model for Social Emotional Skills (SES) (Kankaras and Suarez, 2019). Bases its model on 20 social and emotional skills (SES) spread across 6 broad domains: Task Performance, Emotional Regulation, Collaboration, Open Mindedness, Engaging with others and Compound Skills.

HumanAI uses Artificial Intelligence and psycholinguistics to determine SES from individual’s language from texts or speech, rather than using questionnaires.

However, our algorithms are being contrasted against traditional questionnaires to ensure their scientific validity and accuracy.

Malleable traits and skills

SES have been demonstrated to drive critical life outcomes, like academic achievement, occupational status, job performance and health and general wellbeing. 

More importantly, SES are malleable (Durlak et al., 2011), and interventions to change SES in desired directions have been demonstrated to be effective. Once evaluated, they can be developed.

We contrast our assessment results against traditional psychometric tests

Personality and SES assessment results obtained from HumanAI are continuously contrasted against traditional psychometric tests (NEO PI-R). This wil grants HumanAI a superior validity than only relying on assessments by end users. Furthermore, validation vs. standard psychometric tests, gives us a unique input to improve the accuracy and reliability of HumanAI. 

We generate new scientific evidence in permanent collaboration with research centers.

Artificial Intelligence and Psycholinguistics

Thanks to our multidisciplinary research and development team, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) models trained with large datasets are at the heart of HumanAI, to analyse psycholinguistics elements and predict personality and SES.

HumanAI uses written texts as well as voice. In the case of voice, it is transcribed to text using Deep Learning speech to text recognition.
